1)     Mail-Order Millie by USA Today Bestselling Author Kit Morgan

About the Book: Mail-Order Millie

Imagine mail-order bride Millie’s surprise when she finds out her so-called husband is really a spy working for the president.

*** I love spy stories with a romantic twist—they manage to get into such stressful situations. This could actually be a modern-day political theme.

About the Author: Kit Morgan

USA Today bestselling author Kit Morgan, aka Geralyn Beauchamp, is a versatile author of over 150 books and counting! Whether she's writing historical, contemporary, romantic suspense or time travel with a twist, her books deliver pure fun and romance! Kit's stories are whimsical, inspirational, sweet and clean stories that depict a strong sense of family and community. Her characters will seem like old friends and readers have fallen in love with entire towns Kit has created and never tire of visiting them.

When writing as Geralyn Beauchamp, her books are epic, adventurous, romantic sci-fi/fantasy at its best. The Matchmakers in Time Series written under both pen names are reader favorites. A perfect mash up of both story worlds!

If you like Kit Morgan's books then you might also like the Time Master Book series written under Geralyn Beauchamp and can be found here on Amazon.

Kit lives in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in a little cabin in the woods with her sister, nephew, one lovable mutt and an obnoxious cat.

*** I love learning about an author, and Kit Morgan did not disappoint. Such versatility!

Wow – wouldn’t we all love to live in a cabin in the woods. Such a peaceful setting to inspire her sweet romance. And when the sun goes down, the shadows in the forests offer stimulation for her scarier sci-fi/fantasy contribution, especially if one is stuck between scenes and takes a midnight stroll.

2)     Courting Miss Darling by USA Today Bestselling Author Chautona Havig

About the Book: Courting Miss Darling

Muriel Darling thought her heart rode off with a cowboy, but when his boss writes letters, maybe romance is in Miss Darling's future after all.

*** I love the title of her book for the boxset. Naming her main character, “Miss Darling” got my attention right away, creating all kinds of scenarios in my mind.

About the Author: Chautona Havig

Using story to connect readers with the Master Storyteller.

Chautona Havig lives in an oxymoron, escapes into imaginary worlds that look startlingly similar to ours, and writes the stories that emerge. An irrepressible optimist, Chautona sees everything through a kaleidoscope of It’s a Wonderful Life sprinkled with fairy tales. Find her at chautona.com and say howdy—if you can remember how to spell her name.

*** Interesting fact about her name: People always ask if her name is ‘Indian’ or ‘French.’ It’s neither. She was named after ‘apartments’ in Bakersfield, California. It’s as Okie as you can get (born in Oklahoma to an Okie father and named after apartments in the Okie capital of the world—outside Oklahoma, that is.)

3)     The Privateer’s Prize by Christy Award Finalist Author MaryLu Tyndall

About the Book: The Privateer’s Prize

Left at the altar, a woman must rely on the man who broke her heart to deliver a message to change the course of the Revolutionary War.

*** I love that a woman saves the day, checking her emotions and working for the greater good.

About the Author: MaryLu Tyndall

Award winning and best-selling author, MaryLu Tyndall dreamt of pirates and sea-faring adventures during her childhood days on Florida's Coast. After obtaining a degree in Math and working as software engineer for 15 years, she decided to test the waters as a writer.

With now more than thirty books published, she makes no excuses for the deeply spiritual themes embedded within her romantic adventures. As a follower of Christ, her stories often reflect her own journey and walk with God. Her hope is that readers will not only be entertained but will be brought closer to the Creator who loves them beyond measure. In a culture that accepts the occult, wizards, zombies, and vampires without batting an eye, MaryLu hopes to show the awesome present and powerful acts of God in a dying world.

MaryLu makes her home with her husband, six children, four grandkids, and several cats on the California coast, where her imagination still surges with the sea.

*** Six children and 4 grandkids! It’s a wonder she finds time to write with that houseful. And if they don’t provide enough material for plot building, living on the California coast should fill in the blanks.

4)     Grace in the Storm by USA Today Bestselling Author Tricia Goyer

About the Book: Grace in the Storm

As hurricane winds howl, a feisty pirate and a captivating tavern owner find their destinies changed by the storm’s fury.

*** Love all things pirate and storms. Add romance and you have a sure winner for out boxset.

About the Author: Tricia Goyer

Tricia Goyer writes out of her passion for God and her love for family and others. The author of more than 70 books, she writes both historical fiction and nonfiction related to family and parenting.

This USA-Today Best-selling Author has also won a two Carol Awards and a Retailer's Best Award. She was also an ECPA Gold-Medallion Nominee and a Christy Award Nominee and won Writer of the Year from the Mt. Hermon Christian Writers Conference.

Tricia’s contemporary and historical novels feature strong women overcoming great challenges. She recreates historic wartime eras with precise detail through comprehensive research and is a beloved author of Amish fiction, as well, having written the Big Sky and Seven Brides for Seven Bachelors series.

Whether for fiction or nonfiction, Tricia's writing style is vivid and heartwarming, allowing readers to take home more than engaging stories, but also messages that inspire faith and hope. Her goal is to write stories that matter.

Tricia is a popular conference speaker. She has spoken at events such as MomCon, Raising Generations, and Teach Them Diligently conferences and been interviewed by numerous national TV and radio programs and magazines. Her new podcast, Walk It Out, can be found on iTunes or downloaded on any podcasting app. Whether through writing, blogging, speaking or podcast, Tricia loves sharing messages of inspiration and hope.

A homeschooling mom of ten, including seven by adoption, Tricia is also a grandmother of four and wife to John. With a busy life she understands the importance of making every word count.

*** Wow again: 10 kids—and 7 adopted! These authors just keep getting busier. Homeschooling is very time consuming and a terrific responsibility. What a sweetheart this gal is. Love grandchildren; you can enjoy those little ones and send them home with their parents.

5)     Leftover Mail-Order Bride by Publisher’s Weekly Bestselling Author Regina Scott

About the Book: Leftover Mail-Order Bride

When mail-order bride Victoria’s groom left her at the altar, she vows to find love, but meets Jack, seeking help on the ranch, love optional.

*** I enjoy Mail-Order Bride stories, Such a brave thing for a woman to do back then. She could travel miles and end up with a loser or a heart throb. Let’s hope Victoria finds her HEA.

About the Author: Regina Scott

Regina Scott started writing novels in the third grade. Thankfully for literature as we know it, she didn't actually sell her first novel until she'd learned a bit more about writing. Since then, she's had published more than 60 works of warm, witty historical romance, and more than 1 million copies of her books are in reader hands.

Her books have earned praise from reviewers and readers alike. Booklist calls her work "quietly compelling" and "impeccably written." She has twice been awarded best book of the year for her type of story from industry favorite RT Book Reviews. A Distance Too Grand in the American Wonders Collection was named one of the top 10 romances of the year by Booklist.

Regina Scott has learned to fence, driven four-in-hand, sailed on a tall ship, and dressed as a Regency dandy, all in the name of research, of course. She makes her home in the Puget Sound area of Washington State with her beloved husband. Find her online at her website www.reginascott.com, where you can subscribe to her newsletter.

*** This author had a very early start. You would not want to have read anything I wrote in the third grade. Lol The adventurous type, in the name of research. Lol I love that she’s sold 1 million books in her career. I sure hope you have some of them in your library.

6)     Clara’s Compassion by Critically Acclaimed Author Marlene Bierworth

About the Book: Clara’s Compassion

Clara’s compassion for workers on the frontier of the Canadian Rockies proves conflicting for railroad boss, Graham, in matters of the heart.

*** I always loved the mountains. It keeps me humble in the presence of such majestic creation.  Building the railway across the country was a huge undertaking, in both laying the lines through the Rockies and managing the workers who laid them. Thankfully, Graham and Clara are up for the challenge.

About the Author: Marlene Bierworth

Marlene Bierworth lives in Ontario, Canada, a town residence in the spring and fall, and enjoys a cabin in the woods on Manitoulin Island for most of the summer. She joins the snowbirds and flies south to Florida in the winter. That is a lot of packing and unpacking, but she loves the change of scenery, and constantly throws in cruises and ocean vacations into the mix. She and her husband are retired and enjoy the freedom that brings.

She didn’t start to write until 2014, the year she quit her day job. The inspiration for her first book came from the four years the family spent operating a dog kennel of pure-bred Siberian Huskies and competing in dog sled races—even though the characters and plot are purely fiction. Exciting times! In 2018, after publishing some non-fiction and dabbling in YA, she switched to historical and contemporary sweet romance. She discovered her niche and hasn’t looked back over 100 books later. The Good News is sprinkled throughout everything she writes, and she feels led by God to pursue and encourage this audience. Antagonists and troublesome conflicts facing her characters, bring growth and solidify faith as couples soften their hearts toward love.

She seasons her stories to include riveting action, clean, sweet romance, and emotional conflicts, with the meat of the tale touching on issues that concern families in any time period. When the story is told, the book ends, whether it is a short story or a full-length novel. Life's experiences feed Marlene's imagination, and from them evolve characters and adventures that will keep the reader turning the pages.

Life is an adventure waiting to be told" and it is Marlene's goal to help book lovers experience it to the fullest, through the pages of her books. Find out more about his author at www.marlenebierworth.com

*** Readers have labeled Marlene as a storyteller, with unexpected twists that sneak up on a reader. She takes little credit, as plotting in non-existent. Marlene writes by the seat of her pants, a process that she enjoys—she says it’s like reading her own book as the characters live it. Amazing! It is her goal to entertain readers and bring hope, strength, and encouragement through the words of her fictional characters.
